THE SEVENTH COUNCIL A.D. 258  In
the archive of historical Christianity, there is a recording of a
Christian council of
unprecedented importance to
Christianity TODAY.This Christian council took place at Carthage in Africa in A.D.258. Oh soul, by the providence of God, this Holy council was preserved, so that it might come forth in these last days, AS A POWERFUL WITNESS OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST AND HIS CHURCH, AGAINST ALL THE FALSE CHRISTIAN SYSTEMS OF THIS WORLD.But also, oh soul, this Holy council comes to call out to the so-called Christian souls of mankind who are in these systems, saying, come out, and repent now, and come to the ONE AND ONLY BAPTISM THAT THE LORD JESUS CHRIST GRANTED TO HIS CHURCH FOR REMISSION OF SIN. “For my people have committed two evils; they have forsaken me the fountain of living waters, and hewed them out cisterns, broken cisterns, that can hold no water" Jer.2:13 Many souls before they have read this article have asked, why bring forth a Christian baptismal council that took place so very long ago? We always answer them saying:
Indeed, this vitally important Christian baptismal council, that took place at Carthage in A.D.258, shows how the heavenly Christian brethren who were at Rome at that time, TURNED AWAY FROM THE HEAVENLY BAPTIZED SPIRITUAL BODY, THE BAPTIZED SPIRITUAL FLESH AND BONE OF CHRIST, by replacing this ONE AND ONLY HEAVENLY BAPTISM FOR REMISSION OF SINS, with a natural earthly symbolic water baptism that is done outside of THE SPIRITUAL BODY, THE SPIRITUAL FLESH AND BONE OF CHRIST.And so, being outside THE SPIRITUAL BODY; THE SPIRITUAL FLESH AND BONE OF CHRIST, the Christian brethren at Rome fell from HIS SPIRITUAL FLESH AND BONE, and were cast outside of HIS ONE AND ONLY SPIRITUAL HEAVENLY CHURCH, WHICH IS OF HIS SPIRITUAL FLESH AND BONE
Eph.5:30 .
And that devastating fall, oh soul, has covered the whole of Christendom, and remains even today. That is why Christ's Spiritual knowledge of this council, and what happened at that time, is so important to know. IN FACT, IT IS A MUST that we know these things. And after reading this article, dear soul, you should agree, that thus, it is all true, it was the turning point.
“For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and
cherisheth it, even as the Lord the Church: For we are members of
His body, of His flesh, and of His bones.” And again, “And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly
places in Christ Jesus” SO AT FIRST, this should start to be engraved upon the viewer's heart and soul; That THE VIEWER'S heart and soul must put on, by CHRIST'S faith, CHRIST’S Holy washed flesh.FOR CHRIST only GRANTED THE HOLY BAPTISM , to his OWN flesh!

ONLY IN THIS BAPTISM IS FOUND
and It is only in the body of his
flesh that anyone can be “And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked
works, yet now hath HE RECONCILED, IN THE BODY OF HIS FLESH through
death, to present you Holy and unblameable and unreproveable in His sight:" WHICH FLESH CHRIST NOW CALLS "HIS CHURCH". For all the holy confessors that you are about to witness, SHOW BY OUR LORD'S TRUE FAITHFUL

there is no REMISSION OF SIN outside the heavenly water baptism which is
found only in the holy HEAVENLY SPIRITUAL Church of his flesh and bone!
For only in His washed flesh is our heart and soul washed and brought back to the Father. ONLY IN HIS FLESH IS THE LAMB AND THE BRIDE JOINED!FOR GOD HAS JOINED THE HUSBAND AND THE WIFE IN ONE FLESH. As it is written, “But in the beginning of the creation God made them male and female. For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and cleave to his wife; And they twain shall be one flesh: so then they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder." Mark 10:6-9

(2) Also, all viewers must completely understand right from the start, that when these HEAVENLY leaders of THE HEAVENLY CHURCH OF THE MESSIAH, mention the word “CATHOLIC” in their statements, they ARE NOT referring to the Roman catholic church, THEY ARE REFERRING TO THE CREED OF THE APOSTLES, (see Apostles' Creed).For indeed (as we shall see), Stephen and the other fallen clergy at Rome, were fighting against Cyprian and the rest of the true heavenly confessors.
The word “CATHOLIC” that these HEAVENLY CONFESSORS use in their council statements, means = general, universal, of the whole heavenly universe with all its holy angels and such. This is “the general assembly”, The Heavenly Jerusalem, spoken about in Heb. 12:22-23, as it is written,“But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God,
The Heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels. To
the general assembly and Church of the firstborn, which are written in
heaven, and to God the judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made
perfect.” For it is to HER, HEAVENLY JERUSALEM, THE CATHOLIC CHURCH, that all must come to be baptized as THE HEAVENLY leaders of THE HEAVENLY CHURCH OF THE MESSIAH, have said, at this AMAZING seventh council of Carthage.With these two things in mind (and if the viewer loves Christ, and His one Heavenly Church), “the viewer SHOULD then be AMAZED”, at the statements that all these HOLY HEAVENLY LEADERS OF THE HEAVENLY CHURCH OF THE OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST made in their statements in this council.
These are the abominable works done outside His heavenly flesh and bone, by all
the heretic and schismatic systems
that
CONTINUE to do these abominable things
in THE LORD'S name, ESPECIALLY FROM THE TIME OF THIS COUNCIL, EVEN UNTIL
NOW.
FOR THIS COUNCIL DOES INDEED SHOW THE GREAT FALLING AWAY FROM THE LORD'S ONE BAPTISM FOR SALVATION. BUT ONLY THE FAITHFUL WHO ARE IN THE FLESH AND BONE OF THE LORD, ONLY THOSE WHO ARE IN HIS TRUE HEAVENLY CHURCH, WILL COME FORTH IN THESE LAST DAYS TO SAY THAT THIS IS SO. FOR only his HEAVENLY bride can say come, to His true baptismal living Water (Rev.22:17)! we are of that faithful heavenly Church! That is why on The Living Sword web site, we have repeatedly stated and proven scripturally, time and time again, that all carnal ordinances (water baptism, Passover suppers, ceremonies, circumcision, Passover feasts, foot washing, etc.) practiced by carnal Christendom today, have been erroneously carried over and misplaced in this time of Christ's Spiritual Dispensation and Age of His Grace.

THE SEVENTH COUNCIL A.D. 258 Oh dear heavenly souls, we say again, this council was a “KEY COUNCIL”, THE TURNING POINT.THE TIME WHEN THE HEAVENLY DOCTRINE
OF CHRIST’S GRACE AND TRUTH
(which is only found in His own flesh
THE TIME WHEN THE WHOLE ORIGIN OF THE TRUE FAITH OF CHRIST AND HIS CHURCH, WAS PUT ASIDE BY A CARNAL EARTHLY WATER BAPTISM DONE OUTSIDE THE CHURCH (SPIRITUAL BODY) OF CHRIST.We know that at this council Cyprian gathered together “Eighty-Seven Holy Bishops of The Heavenly Church” to fight a Bishop called Stephen (who himself at one time had been a true heavenly teacher of the Church of the Messiah, but fell from his heavenly post).
Stephen was in Rome at the time and was
bringing forth
a heretic carnal water baptism that
was outside the flesh of the Messiah.

We must understand, that standing up against this heretic doctrine of Stephen, probably meant sure death (physical death) for Cyprian and the rest of the Heavenly confessors who were with Cyprian in coming against Stephen. For Rome was in command. If Rome said “you are out”! “You were taken out!"The heretics wanted to align themselves with the religious thoughts of Rome in one way or another. After all, with Rome behind you, how could you lose? You would have the money, the army, and so on. And it has been written that the local custom of the Roman province seems to have justified Stephen’s local practice of accepting a different water baptism than the one and only TRUE Heavenly water baptism, found in The Church of The Messiah.There is little doubt that these Eighty-Seven HOLY HEAVENLY LEADERS OF THE HEAVENLY CHURCH OF THE MESSIAH, knew (or thought), that by what they said in this Council, they would later be killed for it. And indeed we know for sure that some of them were.When one first looks at what THE HOLY HEAVENLY CONFESSORS said in this council, one sometimes is “astonished”. Because after all, if their confession maybe meant the judgment of their natural lives, why did they not say more to defend their faith? To defend themselves?These were not ordinary believers, these were Bishops! They knew the DIVINE SCRIPTURES inside and out. They could have given many, many examples from Heavenly scripture to prove their case. For as said, they knew all the Heavenly volumes inside and out.For back then, a BISHOP WAS MADE A BISHOP BECAUSE OF HIS HEAVENLY WISDOM KNOWLEDGE IN THE HEAVENLY SCRIPTURES.And Stephen knew that they had this vast knowledge of heavenly wisdom scriptures, for as we know he (Stephen), also was at one time “A BISHOP in The Heavenly Church" but he sold out for the glory of heresy and Rome. But again, when one first looks at Cyprian and his fellow confessors, and what they say at this council, one is amazed that they said so little. They could have said VOLUMES with their knowledge of Heavenly scripture.
They said; “THERE IS NO LEGITIMATE WATER BAPTISM DONE OUTSIDE THE HEAVENLY FLESH OF CHRIST.” For at that time as said, HIS FLESH was called THE ASSEMBLY, the Church, THE HOLY CATHOLIC CHURCH.For THESE TRUE CONFESSORS, (and for all true Christian confessors), any water baptism that is done “outside” of the flesh and bone of the Messiah, is heresy.

Heavenly souls, it is overwhelming, it is devastating, it is beyond thought, that such a thing could have happened. That after this council was over, and the Holy confessors taken out (martyred), millions, countless millions, would go to their graves trusting in that same vain earthly water baptism that Stephen was advocating. A earthly water baptism, that had no power to give the heavenly spiritual life of Christ's grace and truth (
John 1:14),
to anyone.
One might think that such a thing could not have happened! BUT IT DID! INDEED IT DID HAPPEN!We should not think that this could not happen because of the vast numbers of people involved. For as we know, most of the people of the Jews, DID NOT HEAR, NOR DID THEY BELIEVE the prophets THAT CAME TO THEM WITH THE TRUTH.And it took hundreds of years for all the prophets to come and speak to them. Countless millions of Jews went to their graves believing in a Jewish religion which could not save them. They believed in vain, by their believing in the false Jewish priests, and their systems, and they would not believe the true prophets, whom the false Jewish priests killed. We must all understand, as for the Jews, so for the Gentiles (see Rom. 2:7-9). This is how narrow the true heavenly baptismal way (doctrine), of eternal life truly is. For few find it, as it is written,“Enter ye in at the strait gate: For wide is the gate, and broad is the
way (doctrine) , that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in
thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way (doctrine), which
leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.” We pray that all those who view this council on this web site, if they know not this life-giving narrow way found only in the flesh of Christ, will cry, earnestly, cry out from their heart for Christ to baptize them in His flesh, with the one and only TRUE HEAVENLY WATER BAPTISM OF CHRIST AND HIS HEAVENLY CHURCH. COUNCIL PREFACE "When Stephen, Bishop of Rome A.D.258, Had by His Letters Condemned the Decrees of the African Council on the Baptism of Heretics, Cyprian Lost No Time in Holding Another Council at Carthage with a Greater Number of Bishops. Having Therefore Summoned Eighty-Seven Bishops from Africa, Numidia, and Mauritania, Who Assembled at Carthage in the month of September, A.D. 258, This Third Council on the Same Matter of Baptism Was Then Celebrated. At the Beginning of Which, After, the Letters on Either Side Had Been Read, Cyprian, by Implication, Condemns the Assumption of Stephen. When, in the month of September, a great many bishops from the provinces of Africa, Numidia, and Mauritania, had met together at Carthage, together with the presbyters and deacons, and a considerable part of the congregation who were also present; and when the letter of Jubaianus written to Cyprian had been read, as also the reply of Cyprian to Jubaianus, about baptizing heretics, and what the same Jubaianus had subsequently rejoined to Cyprian, Cyprian said: You have heard, my dearly beloved colleagues, what Jubaianus our co-bishop has written to me, taking counsel of my poor intelligence concerning the illegitimate and profane baptism of heretics, as well as what I wrote in answer to him, decreeing, to wit, what we have once and again and frequently determined, that heretics who come to the Church must be baptized and sanctified by the baptism of the Church. Moreover, another letter of Jubaianus has also been read to you, wherein, replying, in accordance with his sincere and religious devotion, to my letter, he not only acquiesced in what I had said, but, confessing that he had been instructed thereby, he returned thanks for it. It remains, that upon this same matter each of us should bring forward what we think, judging no man, nor rejecting any one from the right of communion, (i.e., the bishops should be allowed to say what they think, for Stephen was trying to make himself a bishop of bishops, and rule all) if he should think differently from us. For neither does any of us set himself up as a bishop of bishops, nor by tyrannical terror does any compel his colleague to the necessity of obedience; (note! the tyrannical terror was seen as coming from Stephen who was RESIDING AT ROME) since every bishop, according to the allowance of his liberty and power, has his own proper right of judgment, and can no more be judged by another than he himself can judge another. But let us all wait for the judgment of our Lord Jesus Christ, who is the only one that has the power both of preferring us in the government of His Church, and of judging us in our conduct there."
And not just one or two of them, but many, many of these beloved confessors gathered in one place to confess The Word, Christ and His beloved flesh.They called each other beloved. And let us remember, that no one may be called beloved, unless they are wearing The beloved flesh of The Messiah. For The Father only called HIS WORD, HIS VERY OWN SON and THE FLESH THAT HIS ONLY SON WAS WEARING "MY BELOVED" see Matthew 3:17 REMEMBER! It was for the love of THE FATHER AND CHRIST THE SON AND THE FLESH AND BONE OF CHRIST, THE HOLY HEAVENLY CATHOLIC CHURCH, that ALL these Holy beloved confessors, fought for the faith, against heretics and schismatics.Let us ALL sincerely ask ourselves,
Did not Christ say that His flesh was life (see John 6:51)? How can we have His life without having His flesh? How can we have (put on) His flesh without entering into His baptism (see Galatians 3:27, Romans 13:14)? How can we be confessing His baptism to each other, if we are confessing a baptism that is done OUTSIDE CHRIST'S FLESH?Before we enter to hear the voices of some of these HOLY BELOVED CONFESSORS, We must understand that these HOLY BELOVED CONFESSORS are the true NEIGHBOUR OF CHRIST.For they are of CHRIST'S FLESH AND BONE. For they are the members (see Ephesians 4:25), of His body (see Ephesians 5:30).Their voices go to Him, and their voice (confession) IS IN HIM NOW!This is the voice of the dove, i.e., the flesh of Christ. And although this voice (like a sweet dove) has flown up to heaven to sit down on the right hand of the Majesty on high (see Hebrews 1:3); we must all understand, that this voice of THE FLESH OF CHRIST, is COMING BACK TO JUDGE ALL SOULS IN REGARD TO THEIR CONFESSION.
COME! HEAVENLY SOULS, LET US ALL TAKE THE TIME NOW TO SLOWLY VIEW THESE TRUE STARS OF HEAVEN, THESE TRUE HOLY HEAVENLY LEADERS OF THE HEAVENLY CHURCH OF THE MESSIAH AS THEY GIVE THEIR HEAVENLY CONFESSION (WHICH CHRIST LONGS TO HEAR FROM ALL OF US), SO THAT THEIR IMMORTAL LIGHT MAY LEAD US ALL INTO MORE SPLENDOR OF THE GLORY OF CHRIST. AND IT MAY BE SAID OF US,"And again time will not age them. for in the heights of that world shall
they dwell, and they shall be made like unto the angels, and be made equal
to the stars, and they shall be changed into every form they desire, from
