WHAT DID MOSES SAY?

Note! This abridged study about Moses and what he had to say, is imperative for all Jews, and Muslims, and all carnal Christians to view; in order that they may believe, and receive the true understanding of Moses, and the spiritual law that Moses gave to the seventy elders (Please see Numbers 11:16-17).

It is imperative for all of you who say that you are of THE HIGH FAITH OF ABRAHAM, to come and understand just what law (covenant) Moses gave to the seventy elders.

For God gave to Moses, the covenant of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob as it is written,

"Then the LORD said unto Moses, Now shalt thou see what I will do to Pharaoh: for with a strong hand shall he let them go, and with a strong hand shall he drive them out of his land.

And God spake unto Moses, and said unto him, I am the LORD: And I appeared unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, by the name of God Almighty, but by my name JEHOVAH was I not known to them.

And I have also established my covenant with them, to give them the land of Canaan, the land of their pilgrimage, wherein they were strangers.

And I have also heard the groaning of the children of Israel, whom the Egyptians keep in bondage; and I have remembered my covenant.

Wherefore say unto the children of Israel, I am the LORD, and I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, and I will rid you out of their bondage, and I will redeem you with a stretched out arm, and with great judgments:"
Exodus 6:1-5

WHAT DID MOSES SEE?

Before we look to see just what LAW Moses gave to the seventy elders of Israel, let's take a minute now to look at all the heavenly things that were shown to Moses after he went up the mountain. For it is written,

"And the bright fourth waters which thou hast seen are the advent of Moses and Aaron and Miriam and Joshua the son of Nun and Caleb and of all those like them. For at that time the lamp of the eternal law shone on all those who sat in darkness, which announced to them that believe the promise of their reward, and to them that deny, the torment of fire which is reserved for them.

But also the heavens at that time were shaken from their place, and those who were under the throne of the Mighty One were perturbed, when He was taking Moses unto Himself For He showed him many admonitions together with the principles of the law and the consummation of the times, as also to thee, and likewise the pattern of Zion and its measures, in the pattern of which the sanctuary of the present time was to be made.

But then also He showed to him the measures of the fire, also the depths of the abyss, and the weight of the winds, and the number of the drops of rain: And the suppression of anger, and the multitude of long-suffering, and the truth of judgment:

And the root of wisdom, and the riches of understanding, and the fount of knowledge: And the height of the air, and the greatness of paradise, and the consummation of the ages, and the beginning of the day of judgment: And the number of the offerings, and the earths which have not yet come: And the mouth of Gehenna, and the station of vengeance, and the place of faith, and the region of hope: And the likeness of future torment, and the multitude of innumerable angels, and the flaming hosts, and the splendour of the lightning and the voice of the thunders, and the orders of the chiefs of the angels, and the treasuries of light, and the changes of the times, and the investigations of the law." Apocalypse of Baruch 59:1-12, Jer.36:4

Moses Was Shown Heavenly Things

Here we see that Moses was shown many, many heavenly Spiritual outstanding things that natural (carnal, earthly) man is not at all aware of in any way.

And the heavenly Church longs to speak about these heavenly things with all Jews, and Muslims, and carnal Christians who will be willing to hear about them. So that hearing and believing in them, they may repent of how they have fought against this heavenly way, and enter into the heavenly way and be saved, and become part of The Heavenly Congregation of Messiah, which is The Heavenly Congregation of Moses and the Lamb.

FOR MOSES AND THE MESSIAH AND HIS APOSTLES, PREACHED THE VERY SAME LAW.

What do we say about this? Are the three who sit in Jerusalem below, the three who are saying that they are of the faith of Abraham, are they bringing forth the heavenly knowledge of the heavenly things of this heavenly Spiritual covenant to the people?

What do we say about these heavenly things; the lamp of the eternal law, the principles of the law, the truth of judgment, the root of wisdom, the fount of knowledge, THE GREATNESS OF PARADISE, the place of faith, the region of hope, the multitude of innumerable angels, the chiefs of the angels, the treasuries of light, the investigations of the law?

Are all these heavenly things of the covenant that God gave to Abraham?

Yes!!!

Are they bringing them forth to the people???

But for now, staying on the subject of what law Moses taught to the seventy elders, looking at the Apocalypse of Baruch, we see very clearly that the lamp of THE ETERNAL LAW, with its ETERNAL PRINCIPLES, THE LAW OF TRUE JUDGMENT, THE LAW OF WISDOM ABOVE, THE LAW OF HEAVENLY (SPIRITUAL) KNOWLEDGE, THE LAW OF PARADISE, THE LAW OF GOD'S FAITH, and all the investigations of this HEAVENLY SPIRITUAL LAW, was in fact shown to Moses.

The Spiritual House of Spiritual Sacrifices

Now we know that we cannot call something "eternal", which has clearly long since ceased to exist. So one can only say that the law is eternal in the sense that we say that the LAW IS SPIRITUAL, and that through it (i.e., the eternal spiritual law), SPIRITUAL ETERNAL SACRIFICES can be offered, which can never be interrupted or brought to an end.

And in 1 Peter 2:5 it is written,

"Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a Spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up Spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God 'by' Jesus Christ."
1 Peter2:5

The word 'by' being used here, means= 'THROUGH'. So here we see that SPIRITUAL SACRIFICES, (SACRIFICES DONE IN THE ETERNAL SPIRITUAL LAW), CAN ONLY BE DONE THROUGH THE SPIRIT OF JESUS CHRIST. And in Revelation 19:10 it is written,

"And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellow-servant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY." Revelation 19:10

Now we know that the testimony of Jesus, IS NOT in the things that were of Jerusalem below, i.e., IS NOT in the animal sacrifices, offerings, sprinklings, lighting of lamps, candlesticks, keeping of days, feasts etc, that the Jews were doing. For when the Messiah came, He rejected Jerusalem below and all its carnal offerings and sacrifices, and said

"...Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, worship the Father. Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews (i.e., of Him, for He sprang out of Juda, Hebrews 7:14). But the hour cometh, AND NOW IS, when the TRUE WORSHIPPERS shall worship the Father in Spirit and in truth. For the Father seeketh such to worship Him." John 4:21-23

Indeed, the testimony of Jesus, has NEVER BEEN in the things that were of Jerusalem below, i.e., NEVER BEEN in  the animal sacrifices, offerings, sprinklings, lighting of lamps, candlesticks, keeping of days, feasts etc, that the Jews were doing.

And the apostle Peter gives us a great deal of information on this. For we read in his teachings,

"After this, Moses, by the command of God, whose providence is over all, led out the people of the Hebrews into the wilderness; and, leaving the shortest road which leads from Egypt to Judaea, he led the people through long windings of the wilderness, that, by the discipline of forty years, the novelty of a changed manner of life might root out the evils which had clung to them by a long-continued familiarity with the customs of the Egyptians.

Meantime they came to Mount Sinai, and thence the law was given to them with voices and sights from heaven, written in ten precepts, of which the first and greatest was that they should worship God Himself alone, and not make to themselves any appearance or form to worship.

But when Moses had gone up to the mount, and was staying there forty days, the people, although they had seen Egypt struck with the ten plagues, and the sea parted and passed over by them on foot, manna also given to them from heaven for bread, and drink supplied to them out of the rock that followed them, which kind of food was turned into whatever taste any one desired; and although, being placed under the torrid region of heaven, they were shaded by a cloud in the day-time, that they might not be scorched by the heat, and by night were enlightened by a pillar of fire, lest the horror of darkness should be added to the wasteness of the wilderness; those very people, I say, when Moses stayed in the mount, made and worshipped a golden calf's head, after the fashion of Apis, whom they had seen worshipped in Egypt; and after so many and so great marvels which they had seen, were unable to cleanse and wash out from themselves the defilements of old habit.

On this account, leaving the short road which leads from Egypt to Judaea, Moses conducted them by an immense circuit of the desert, if haply he might be able, as we mentioned before, to shake off the evils of old habit by the change of a new education."

And again the apostle Peter says,

"When meantime Moses, that faithful and wise steward, perceived that the vice of sacrificing to idols had been deeply ingrained into the people from their association with the Egyptians, and that the root of this evil could not be extracted from them, he allowed them indeed to sacrifice, but permitted it to be done only to God, that by any means he might cut off one half of the deeply ingrained evil, leaving the other half to be corrected by another, and at a future time; by Him, namely, concerning whom he said himself, 'A prophet shall the Lord your God raise unto you, whom ye shall hear even as myself, according to all things which He shall say to you. Whosoever shall not hear that prophet, his soul shall be cut off from his people'."

And again the apostle Peter says,

"In addition to these things, he also appointed a place in which alone it should be lawful to them to sacrifice to God. And all this was arranged with this view, that when the fitting time should come, and they should learn by means of the Prophet that God desires mercy and not sacrifice, they might see Him who should teach them that the place chosen of God, in which it was suitable that victims should be offered to God, is His Wisdom; and that on the other hand they might hear that this place, which seemed chosen for a time, often harassed as it had been by hostile invasions and plunderings, was at last to be wholly destroyed.

And in order to impress this upon them, even before the coming of the true Prophet, who was to reject at once the sacrifices and the place, it was often plundered by enemies and burnt with fire, and the people carried into captivity among foreign nations, and then brought back when they betook themselves to the mercy of God; that by these things they might be taught that a people who offer sacrifices are driven away and delivered up into the hands of the enemy, but they who do mercy and righteousness are without sacrifices freed from captivity, and restored to their native land.

But it fell out that very few understood this; for the greater number, though they could perceive and observe these things, yet were held by the irrational opinion of the vulgar: for right opinion with liberty is the prerogative of a few."

From all of this, we see that the testimony of Jesus, has NEVER BEEN in the things that were of Jerusalem below, i.e., NEVER BEEN in the animal sacrifices, offerings, sprinklings, lighting of lamps, candlesticks, keeping of days, feasts etc, that the Jews were doing.

And indeed, our Lord told them this time and time again through His prophets, (see Isaiah 1:10-18, Amos 5:21-24, Ezek. 20:21-26).

Man’s Flesh Profits Nothing

And as for the TESTIMONY OF JESUS, THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY, and the seventy elders that Moses gave the law to, it is written,

"And the Lord came down in a cloud, and spake unto him, and took of the Spirit that was upon him, and gave it unto the seventy elders: and it came to pass, that when the Spirit rested upon them, THEY PROPHESIED, and did not cease.” Numbers 11:25

Here we see that THE SPIRIT OF JESUS CHRIST, THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY, THE SPIRIT THAT REJECTS JERUSALEM BELOW, THE SPIRIT THAT REJECTS CARNAL WORSHIP, THE SPIRIT THAT SAID

"... It is the Spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the Words that I speak unto you, they are Spirit, and they are life " John 6:63,

THIS IS THE SPIRIT THAT WAS UPON MOSES. AND THE LORD TOOK OF THAT SPIRIT THAT WAS UPON MOSES, AND GAVE IT TO THE SEVENTY ELDERS. HERE WE SEE THAT MOSES GAVE THE SEVENTY ELDERS, THE HEAVENLY SPIRITUAL LAW, THAT REJECTS CARNAL WORSHIP IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM.

Come Out From The Carnal

Therefore, seeing that THE HEAVENLY SPIRITUAL LAW was given by Moses, we see that the WHOLE CONCEPT OF MOSES' LAW INSTRUCTION TO THE SEVENTY ELDERS, WAS HEAVENLY, WAS SPIRITUAL, AND NOT AT ALL CARNAL, AS THE HERETIC AND SCHISMATIC CARNAL RELIGIONS OF JERUSALEM BELOW WOULD HAVE MANKIND THINK.

The heavenly church calls out to all mankind, come now, COME TO JERUSALEM ABOVE, COME TO MOSES, COME TO THE SPIRIT OF THE MESSIAH AND HIS LIFE GIVING HEAVENLY SPIRITUAL LAW OF ETERNAL LIFE. COME, LET US HEAR FROM YOU, AMEN.
